Job description and its impact on the overall mission: To provide front line security to all base resources and personnel and maintain readiness as a Wing first responder. I ensure the rest of the Wing has a threat free area of operations to execute the Wing mission.

Hobbies: All types of outdoor activities. I love to run like Forrest Gump.

Why did you join the military? To be a USAF Raven.

Where do you see yourself in 10 or 20 years? Having a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and having a career involving youth support.

What do you do for fun here? Go to the beach, be outdoors and RUN RUN RUN!

What’s your favorite Air Force memory or story? During one of my recent squadron training weeks, I was involved in hand-to-hand combatives training with a staff sergeant who was literally twice my size. I was able to practically fight him to a standoff. I felt great, because I never gave up, and I did not let size intimidate me.

What accomplishment are you most proud of? Getting my associates degree and being an Air Force member.

Who are your role models? My mama and my Uncle Salavdor.
